Thank you for shopping at Dominus Mentality.

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. 

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 24 hrs without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling an Order is 24hrs from the date on which you order the goods. 

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 7 days. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS, NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES. In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, An error would have to occur on our end, for example

  • The Goods are the wrong size, you order a large and by accident we send you XL
  • The Goods are the wrong color, you order a black shirt and we send you a red shirt.
  • Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 7 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 7 days  after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment. (if and as applicable).

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address: PO Box 7642 132 W Merrick Rd Freeport NY 11520.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Contact us via Email. Take a picture to prove your claim. Once we receive a picture and claims deemed an error on our part is confimed, no need to send products, you can keep or give away. We will reimburse you or send a new product.
