By submitting an order, you are making an offer to purchase a product on and subject to the terms and conditions set out below. All orders are subject to confirmation of availability and the order price.
To contract with Dominus Mentality, you must be at least 18 years old and in possession of a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank that we accept. Dominus Mentality has the right to deny any request that you make. When you place an order with us, you warrant that all information you give is true and correct, that you are the authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place the purchase, and that there are adequate funds to cover the cost of the products. All listed prices are subject to change.
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation of receipt.
While we make every effort to guarantee that the information, descriptions, and pricing on this Website are correct, mistakes may occur. If we uncover an error in the pricing of any products you have bought, we will notify you immediately and provide you with the choice of reconfirming your order at the right price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be canceled. If you cancel after paying for the products, you will receive a complete refund.
We do a normal authorization check on your payment card upon receipt of your order to ensure there are adequate funds to complete the transaction. Your card will be billed upon receipt of authorization.
